Accommodation for 13th NATIONAL AMATEUR CHESS CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2026
For players and accompanying persons who prefer not to stay in city hotels or lodges, an affordable semi-furnished dormitory accommodation is available at the tournament venue.
Dormitory Details
Fee: ₹2,000 per person
(for the entire duration of the tournament)
Facilities Provided: Bed and pillow
Separate dormitories for male and female participants
Cancellation Policy
- ❌ No cancellation or refund after booking under any circumstances
Check-In / Check-Out Details
- Check-In: 24th February – 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 1st March – 3:00 PM
- Reporting Venue: Indoor Stadium, Adhiyaman College of Engineering
Dormitory Rules
- Each dormitory can accommodate approximately 10–12 persons (subject to change based on availability and arrangements).
Players will be permitted to stay only in dormitories corresponding to their gender.
Mixed-gender accommodation is strictly prohibited.
Common restrooms are available on each floor. Basic bathroom amenities will be provided.
- Even U7 category boys will NOT be allowed to stay in female dormitories if accompanied by a female parent, and vice versa.
- Parents planning such arrangements are strongly advised to make alternate accommodation arrangements for the safety, comfort, and proper care of the child.
Kindly do NOT call or send requests regarding mixed gender dormitory accommodation.
