MPL 11th National Schools Chess Championships 2023 – Accommodation Booking
This is to book accommodation for the upcoming chess tournament MPL 11th National Schools Chess Championships 2023
For students/accompanier who are not willing to stay in city hotels and Lodges- An affordable, unfurnished, separate Male/Female dormitory accommodation is available at the venue for Rs 1000/- per person including food.
Only limited dormitory accommodation is available on First come, First serve basis. Dormitory accommodation request are to be reserved only though online booking.
Email/call/text based booking requests are not entertained.
📍No cancellation policy after booking
Check-in date/time : 26th Jan, 2PM
Check-out date/time: 31st Jan, 3PM.
Reporting place: indoor stadium Adhiyaman college of Engineering.
📍Each dormitory can accommodates 25 – 30 persons.
All category students will be allowed to stay only in their respective gender-dormitory.
Mixed gender student-accompanier shall not be allowed to stay together in same dormitory.
i.e., Even U7 category boys will not be allowed stay in female dormitory if they are accompanied by female parent and vice versa. Parents with such plans are advised to look for alternate accommodation options for better care and comfort of your ward.
📍No attached restrooms- Only Common restrooms are available for all.
📍As it’s an unfurnished dormitory , no cot,bed,mat or bedsheets will be available by default.
Bed,Bedsheets and pillow will be made available on rental basis at the Dormitory one can avail the same or players can bring their own bedsheets/mats.
📍Personal valuables and belongings like Laptop, Camera, Mobile phone and Jewellery can be kept at one’s own risk . Tournament committe will not be responsible for anything .
📍You are advised not to leave your belongings at room in your absence.
📍Check your belongings completely before leaving or vacating the room.
📍Food will be provided only on mentioned timings at College mess.
Breakfast : 8:00 am to 9:30 am
Lunch : 1.15 pm to 2.45 pm
Dinner : 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Note : Mess will be closed for all after the mentioned timings.
Exception is only given the Players/accompanier of delayed/extended game. They will be explicitly provided with a special permission to enter the mess for dining beyond the timings.
Accommodation Fee: 1,000 per head
